Dr. Matt Teale
Born in Malvern, Dr. Teale is passionate about anything and everything that improves the community. Dr. Teale is especially passionate about dentistry and loves the team he works with to provide exceptional care to all of his patients. Like only a few other Arkansas dentists, he is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is the ASDA South District President-Elect and he is a member of the Delta Dental Advisory Committee.
He loves being a dad to his two daughters and spending time with his wife, Dr. Jessi. When he is not at the dental office or with his family, he is likely working on his farm or spending time in the hunting woods.
DR. ADAM DELEE
Dr. DeLee is a Hot Springs dentist and native to the area. He graduated from Lake Hamilton High School and attended the University of Central Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. DeLee received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Tennessee. He has been serving families in the Hot Springs area since 2006.
Dr. DeLee has continued his education by completing the Maxi Course Curriculum in route to becoming an Academic Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has also completed courses through the Dawson Academy, Dr. Dick Barnes Group, and numerous Nobel Biocare Implant seminars. He also participated in a pediatric dentistry externship at LaBonheur Children’s Hospital. Dr. DeLee is committed to lifelong learning in dentistry in an effort to deliver the highest quality of dental care for our patients.
Dr. DeLee and his wife, Brandy, are proud parents of their son Austin and daughter Reese Caroline. Dr. DeLee enjoys community service and mission work. He is a volunteer at the Hot Springs Cooperative Christian Ministries Clinic and has participated in mission trips to Honduras and Senegal, West Africa. Dr. DeLee is an active member of First Baptist Church of Hot Springs. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
DR. JESSI TEALE
Dr. Jessi Teale graduated dental school from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and began practicing in Malvern at Teale Dentistry in 2014. She has a passion for helping people and volunteers with several community outreach programs. She has been one of the driving forces behind the Teale Dentistry’s Free Extraction Clinics. Within the dental community, Dr. Jessi is a member of the Garland County Dental Society. She also serves as Editor the Arkansas’s South District Dental Society.
Dr. Jessi married Dr. Teale in 2014 and welcomed daughters, Charlee in 2016, and Leighton in 2019. Dr. Jessi spends most of her time chasing her two little girls. They love traveling with friends and family, exploring new places. The family’s favorite place to be is in the outdoors, especially in the swimming pool and at their farm. Dr. Jessi, Dr. Teale, and their girls attend First Baptist Church in Hot Springs.

Dr. Matt Teale and staff are the best. I hate to go to the dentist but since I have started with Tri- Lake I actually do not mind it (as much). The staff is so friendly and accommodating. i have the worst work schedule in the world and they always work with me scheduling and rescheduling my appointments till I can finally get in. Also after Dr. Teale works on my teeth I am not numb the rest of the day. In fact usually by the time I get in my car the feeling has returned. Really can not say enough good about these wonderful people.

I had to find a new dentist just in the last 3 months. I have had an initial cleaning and x rays. Yesterday I had an extensive appointment with work in 3 different areas on my teeth. Never felt anything no pain no discomfort. Excellent job by all.
